South West Planner Club is built with and for its community. There are lots of ways to get involved, whether you’re looking to work with us, support events, or share what you do with the community.

Partner with SWPC

As South West Planner Club has grown, it has become a space not only for bringing like-minded people together, but also for supporting businesses to connect with new audiences. We work with both small and established brands to showcase products and create ways to engage with the SWPC community.

Run a Workshop or Session

We regularly host workshops and creative sessions. At our annual conferences or through our Create with SWPC monthly programme. These are carefully curated to ensure they feel welcoming no matter the skill level, the opportunity to learn something and valuable for attendees, while giving hosts the space to share their skills.

Volunteer or Support

South West Planner Club events are made possible by a small team of volunteers who help things run smoothly.

From event-day support to being a friendly face for first-time attendees, volunteers play an important role in shaping the experience.

If you’d like to support SWPC behind the scenes or at events, there are opportunities to get involved in a way that suits your time and interests.

Our in-person events normally ticket at around 100-200 attendees, whilst our Facebook group has 700+ members for potential online events. This is a highly focused and niche audience who are keen to support and discover businesses within the creative and stationery world.
